1. Check-in and Check-out Time

1.1 Check-in time is 14:00 (HKT) 

1.2 Check-out time is 12:00 (HKT)

2. Environmental Sustainability

2.1 In accordance with Hong Kong government's plastic reduction regulations and our commitment to sustainability, the hotel provides: 

• In-room dispensers for bathroom essentials 

• Eco-friendly dental care kits, slippers, soap 

• Drinking water in aluminum cans 

2.2 Additional amenities are available upon request for a fee

3. Taxation

3.1 From 1 January, 2025, all room charges are subject to an additional 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax (HAT) on top of the room rate as required by Hong Kong SAR Government.

4. Smoking Regulations

In accordance with the Smoking (Public Health) Ordinance, smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas and subject to penalties. Oasis Aurum 181 enforces a strict smoke-free policy. Smoking, burning incense, and using flammable items are forbidden in all guest rooms and public areas. Guests who violate this policy by smoking in rooms will be charged a HKD5,000 deep cleaning fee.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Reservations require: 

• Valid credit card for guarantee or prepayment (debit cards not accepted) 

6. Room Deposit

6.1 Refundable room deposit of HKD1,000 upon check-in 

6.2 Credit card deposit refund will be processed within 24 hours after guest's departure. However, the processing time depends on the issuing bank's policies, typically within 14-21 working days

7. Guest Accommodations

7.1 Children Policy 

• One child under 12 years old may share parents' bed at no cost 

7.2 Pet Policy 

• Only guide dogs permitted 

7.3 Additional Services 

• Extra bed: HKD400 plus 10% service charge and 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax nightly 

• Baby crib: Complimentary upon availability and advance request 

• Valet parking: Available by request

8. Lost & Found

8.1 Report lost items immediately to (852) 3181 1688 

8.2 Items will be logged and returned at guest expense 

8.3 Retention periods: 

• Valuables (money, jewelry, electronics): 3 months, then transferred to nearest police station 

• Perishables: Immediate disposal

 • General items (clothing, etc.): 3 months, then disposed 

8.4 The hotel assumes no liability for lost items

The hotel reserves the right to pursue legal action for any fraudulent claims or false statements.
