All reservations must be made in advance, and room availability is subject to the hotel's actual situation.
Once confirmed, no changes, cancellations, or refunds are permitted.
Standard check-in time is 14:00, and check-out time is 12:00. (If your package includes early check-in or late check-out privileges, the details in the package confirmation letter shall prevail.)
To protect the room decor and furnishings, the use of any adhesive materials that may damage walls, door frames, or furniture surfaces (such as double-sided tape, foam tape, scotch tape, or thumbtacks) for decorations is strictly prohibited; the use of non-marking adhesives (such as Blu Tack) is recommended.
The use of confetti, flower petals, or party poppers is strictly forbidden within guest rooms or public areas of the hotel. If any damage to hotel facilities or walls is discovered, or if difficult-to-clean stains are left behind, the hotel reserves the right to charge guests an additional deep cleaning or repair fee.
To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, the maximum occupancy within the room (including the bridesmaids, groomsmen, and crew) must comply with the hotel's relevant fire and safety regulations.
This wedding suite package cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional activities, discounts, or privileges.
In case of any dispute, Oasis Aurum 181 Hotel reserves the right to the final decision and interpretation of the above terms and conditions.
